The Brewing Begins

After months of equipment selection, installation, cleaning, testing, licensing applications and of course recipe formulation we began production brewing!

We had a marathon weekend with three batches brewed (Kolsch, Extra Pale Ale and Extra Special Bitter) followed by another (Porter) early in the following week. This was a great opportunity to validate what we learned about our brewing system during an earlier test batch and fine tune our brewing process while giving some friends and family their first look at our operation.

Grand Opening
